She helps her clients identify sources of stress and explore healthy coping strategies. Her experience working in the field of education, child welfare, family services and crisis intervention has given her a wholistic perspective on the experiences of her clients, which allows her to create an individualized treatment plan for each person.

Erin focuses on helping teens (12+), adults (18-99), and families improve their wellness and manage their mental health. She can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, stress/burnout, BPD, and other mental health diagnoses and issues. Using a client-centered approach, she incorporates various evidence-based modalities into her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, strengths-based work, and components of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Her professional approach places emphasis on building a strong and trusting relationship, so that each client feels seen, heard, and understood throughout the time spent together. Her non-judgmental and anti-oppressive practice often includes humour and always includes a great deal of empathy to make the experience as comfortable and as positive as possible.
