Jeneale is an experienced Registered Social Worker with over thirteen years of diverse experience within the field working with children (5+), teens, adults (of all ages), and families. Jeneale has a master’s level degree in Social Work from York University and has worked in children’s mental health, child welfare, youth justice, crisis support and the educational sector.

Using a strength-based approach and anti-oppressive practice approach, her goal is to ensure that you feel heard and supported. Jeneale utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing as strategies to support you in your journey.

Jeneale has a wealth of experience pertaining to working with anxiety, depression, navigating relationship conflict, youth justice and educational matters just to name a few.

Sarah is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Sarah holds a Master of Social Work degree from Windsor University and Bachelor of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Vanessa is a Registered Social Worker with over 18 years experience providing clinical therapy to children, youth, and adults.

She has a Master of Social Work degree along with several certifications in various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT informed practice), Narrative Therapy, Attachment and Trauma-focused therapy.

Over the course of her career, Vanessa has worked in a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings, including a hospital-based mental health day program for children, a community-based children’s mental health agency, transitional youth programs, and the school system. More recently, she has enjoyed working with adults of all ages on areas such as life transitions, grief, personal development, and work/life balance.

She brings extensive knowledge and skills from these diverse work experiences into her sessions which allow her to provide a holistic framework and perspective when developing client-specific interventions.

Vanessa identifies as an Indo-Caribbean Canadian woman and is an ally for the 2SLGBTQIA+community. Rebekah has several years of experience working in the community mental health field with children, youth, and their caregivers. She has a passion for helping adolescence and young adults navigate life’s various challenges.
