New Client?

There are two ways to get started:

Book a FREE 15-Minute Consultation: A chance to meet with a therapist, ask questions, and see if they’re the right fit.

Book a Full Therapy Session: If you’re ready to begin, you can book your first appointment right away.

Need a Hand? If you’re not sure who to book with, can’t find a time that works, or don’t see the therapist you’re looking for, just reach out. We’d be happy to help.
